I love tracking these metrics.
Since starting to cut my calories last month, I've been in a solid deficit. The calories keep getting lower and the strength continues to grow.
I am now eating about 2400 calories (compared to my former 3500) and the scale number still goes down slowly and sometimes up; the only logical conclusion: fat, down - muscle, up 💪🏻

I'm following you, in a sense, albeit not as meticulous with detail. Fat down, muscle up, scale a tad wonky at times. As long as the fat muscle heads in the right direction I'll try not let the scale mess with my head.

Do yourself a favor and check out the nutritional difference between free-range (really free) verses store bought commercial eggs. I was quite surprised at the difference. I have a women will to give me all I want for free, but I give her $2.50 a doz. I eat four whites and one yoke a day.
