I'm noticing a difference too this time, although I have thyroid issues as well. I'm losing but not like I have in the past in the beginning. I figure if we stay on task, eventually the body figures it out. Adding some supplements this time to see if that helps too. Looking forward to the inflammation (systemic) going down and feeling better overall. I notice I struggle more with fog/low energy when my water intake is down. How are you doing with that?
