kinda lost the plot over the last 2 days, arguing with my fiance big style, then eating a load of crap. We get married in Feb, so falling off the wagon isn't good, but I'm not going to dwell on the bad days. I've done my meal plan for the week, all below 500 calories for the main meals. some serve 6 and it's just 3 of us eating so I've got lots of Tupperware ready. I'm going to serve the correct portion sizes and beat the bulge.
