self reminder, post di fs biar kalo kendor workout jadi semangat lagi, karna selalu buat temen lama kaget pas ketemu "woi lu kurus banget skrng" jadi agak kendor workoutnya, goal 10kg lagi, semoga bisa ngubah 10kg jadi otot walaupun santuy yg penting sehat
