pagi dan malam sebelum tidur minum 1 buah jeruk nipis yg besar klo yg kecil 2 buah pake air hangat.. setiap hari pasti bab.. harga terjangkau pula..

@salasia yup, sy juga minum air jeruk nipis tiap malam, tp ditambah madu. Bab lancar.
