eggs yellow and bread during weight loss both are bad.

The simplest way to lose weight is to reduce your daily calorie intake and a boiled egg only contains 78 calories & a brown bread slice contains 73 calories

Eat egg whites of 2-3 eggs as breakfast for fast weight loss.
