fallingoff's Journal, 05 Aug 08

Managed to get up this morning to get most of my yoga routine done. It felt great. I realized that it's getting harder to get up when it's pitch black outside. It is typically dark, but with the clouds, it's even darker. I wish I could time a light to just turn on when I get up but not sure how I can do that without waking up my husband. Maybe get a desk lamp and have it shine at my face? Wouldn't that be a rude awakening!

you can get those 'sunrise' alarm clocks... they slowly brighten the room like a natural sunrise, supposed to be good for getting your body up in a more relaxed manner (no screeching alarm)... probably still no help to your husband!

I never heard of those...thanks! I'll check it out and see what the hubby thinks of it. He usually puts a shirt over his eyes when he sleeps but it always falls off and he hates beauty masks!
