早 玉米面鸡蛋饼+西红柿冬瓜冻豆腐炒油麦菜
午 鸡胸肉+蒸南瓜+青菜+胡萝卜洋葱炒黄瓜
晚 蒸鱼+青菜+南瓜+两个饺子馅
