time to feed the monster. fast 17.5 (trying for 18 hours - maybe next week). just over 500cal. 4 eggs, 6 provita, salad with mayo and lemon juice.

That really looks good. I am also doing IF. But I am trying to stay below 1600 calories per day. Do you count your calories? I know some people say that they do not need to count calories if you do IF

Yes. I absolutely count calories. I stay between 1300 & 1500, max 1700 when I have a special event and need to allocate for drinks or dessert. Most meals for me are between 450-650 cal plus a snack between lunch and dinner. I prefer bigger meals that sustain me to small grazing snacks constantly.
