Low on protein yesterday due to a low protein meal at Shelly's mom's. BIA RESULTS: PHASE ANGLE: 14.9, LEAN BODY MASS:202.5, FAT MASS: 52.5, FAT % 20.6, INTRA WATER: 69.4, EXTRA WATER: 9.2, TOTAL WATER 78.6.
115.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
