Christmas has been a struggle, if I’m honest. I allowed myself a couple of days to eat nice stuff over Christmas and I’ve really struggled getting back on the bandwagon since. Gym too. I think it’s because I let go of the control that I had, that wonderful comfortable place where I knew that I could manage on my diet portions and food without being over run with thoughts about eating more. I’ve been eating a lot better than I used to before I started dieting, but nothing in the league of my diet eating. But I’ve found a wonderful diet plan online that I started today.
