Started my journey on 25 June 2019 at a weight of 67kg. Brought it down steadily using IF and being on a calorie deficit. My weight has been up and down for years and this is the first time I’ve ever had real success naturally and without dieting. Just healthy eating and healthy mindset and healthy relationship with food.
New challenge for 2020 - 30 days of yoga and bring my weight down to 55. 🙏
