Today was the first day in a week that I came close to eating more than my RDI. it is the second time this month. I know it is no excuse, but today was very stressful. Work is starting to pick up and I am having issues with my parents again. Why can people accept others for who they are and not always change them. Just when I thought things were getting better with them. O well, it will never be the way that it was. Too much has happened, but it bothers me that may daughter is now getting hurt as well. Don't they realize that someday when they have time to spend with her, she may not want to spend time with them. Well enough ranting. I am sure I am not the only ones with family issues. At least I have a wonderful husband and daughter that love me.
