Question for everyone: do you eat back any calories you “burn off”? I’ve always been confused with this and I normally don’t go by my Fitbit tracker lol whatever I walk on the treadmill that’s what I’ve burned off. I normally don’t eat anything back and I’m not sure if I’m supposed to or not? I’m not saying eat all the calories back but maybe a little?
