So over the last couple of days I have put myself on track with my diet and exercise. I received my equipment for the bike so I will start my afternoon/evening bike ride tonight. All I can do ask God to navigate my mind away from the bad and towards the good. I can pray for His guidance in all that I do every day. You may laugh but I pray before my walk and believe me I will pray before I ride.
