kalau perbedaan sedentary sama low exercise itu gimana?

Kalau sedentary itu orang yang kerja nya di kantoran banyakan duduk dan tidak melakukan latihan... kalau low exercise utk orang yang melakukan olahraga dalam seminggu 1-2 kali... jd kalau mau makan atau defisit kalori harus di bawah nilai TDEE (maks 500kal)... kalau bisa harus ada olahraga dalam seminggu biar hasil turun BB maksimal jd tdee low exercise

@kikozan sbnrnya msh buncit kok kak wkwk, cm emg perut saya kencengin aja kyk di flex gtu hehehe, masih butuh perjuangan kok, lemak perut bawah msh gelambir apalagi klo duduk dah kelipet2 hahaha

@wira fokus angkat beban kak, klo lemak perut jaga stress jgn smpe stress ya, overtraining gtu jg bs bkin badan stress ntr lemak numpuk di perut, kl bs ikt kelas yoga or meditasi sblm tdr.
