Woke at 237.8, the same as yesterday. Protein coffee to start and then another day of OMAD. UPDATE: Fasted until 3:30 and then ate. Weighed 236.8 before that. No whoosh yet. Doing OK on calories and macros. Might have a bit of red wine, which till take me over, but I will have time to adjust.
