I have all kinds of calculations for losing weight. Distilled, here is the plan: 1200 calories per day intake. No white bread, no pasta, no potatoes, no white rice. Nothing breaded and fried. No corn or carrots. Little alcohol. Following the Mediterranean plan with the above decisions. Aiming for 20-25 grams of fiber a day. Weight lifting/body weight strength training 2-3 times per week. Dance 2-3 times per week. Other cardio 1-2 times per week - I might buy a bike and a trainer for my work out area. That's pretty much it. Good luck to all of us!
