HAPPY NEW YEAR, tak terasa 3 bulan terlewati, memulai hidup yg lbh sehat, tetep konsisten di thn 2020, moga kita makin sehat dan fit plus dapet bonus kurus, yey !!!

@fadli yupz, semangatz @memy mungkin gk trllu kliatan mas soalnya saya agak tinggi, tp celana saya sizeny 31 kdng 32 termasuk ukuran jumbo kdng mw cr celana klo gk ad bigsize y gk bs beli, cm bs memandangi dr jauh hahaha..
