It's been a while since I've journaled. I was having big issues with getting my food logged. Just couldn't get the enter button to work! Then I found the mobile app & now I am caught up....yay!

Took a walk with the hubby tonight for nearly an hour and just under 3 miles. The stationary bike rides have been giving me some lower back pain that walking seems to ease, thankfully. Plus the weather was gorgeous tonight.

Now if I can just get this next pound off, I will be down 40 lbs in 7 months. So looking forward to THAT!
