Did 4.10 miles on treadmill this morning. Took it at a pretty comfortable pace (went 47 minutes) Had a slice of 1 pt. toast with 1 tsp peanut butter and 1 tsp lite strawberry jam for breakfast. Has a salad with lite french dressing, 1 Tbs Italian fancy shredded cheese, and cuccumbers, onions and green peppers too. Also had a small chicken breast, and two small slices of an apple. Now I am off to walk around Walmart to go get school supplies. Breakfast 3 points Lunch 6 pts
