Hello everyone: It has been awhile since I have posted but I am back and trying to lose some weight and do some low carb. Today, I made a low carb banana nut bread with a real banana. Now, this may not be Keto but it produces a tasty slice of banana nut bread with 8 grams of net carbs. I got the recipe from lowcarbyum.com and here is the link : https://lowcarbyum.com/low-carb-banana-bread/?unapproved=116181&moderation-hash=725069ed3c1d68b951355766e024a2c5#comment-116181 So, check it out if interested. It does have higher calories as it uses a lot of eggs, butter and some coconut oil. But, that is the price we pay :) Bob
