So trying an 12 week challenge for myself, 6 Days a week workouts. Taking a few ideas from the rock's Hercules plan, specifically the morning workouts before eating and a few ideas from military drill sergeants. Goal is to drop from 25-30% body fat down to 10-12% long term and then put on mass
