Afza : aku nggak rutin sih. Nyesuain sama kondisi badan. Karna tensiku kan rendah. Jadi suka pusing. Berjalan sekitar 4bulanan. Tapi masih banyak liburnya yaa. Dan Alhamdulillah si lumayan ngebantu banget
