Olahraga angkat beban 4 x seminggu 1 kali cardio, klo makannya belakangan ini kurangin karbohidratnya aja sih, soalnya fokus penuhin protein harian dlu 2x BB. @andy emg bagian perut paling susah sih saya juga, jangan stress ya kak katanya klo stress numpuk di lemak perut, jangan overtraining jg, jgn kurang tidur.

@fenty masih pemula kak, gak bisa berat2, yg ptg kita kuat angkat aja, tp msih pemula malah gampang katanya defisit kalori sambil bentuk otot, jd manfaatkan aja sebaik baiknya hehehe..

mbak, mau tanya deh. kalau kalori perharinya saya 2000. berapa kalori saja yg perlu dimasukkan supaya dietnya bagus? defisit kalorinya berapa yah?

@aiziran tq, ni msh banyak rekayasa kok wkwk @iqbal katanya bagus defisit nya 15 persen - 20 persen dari TDEE (max. 500 kalori)

@alvina, makanan yg banyak protein aja spti ayam, tempe, susu kedelai, klo telor sy gk bs banyak bisa jerawatan, sisanya buah2an dan sayur2an.
