OTD's Journal, 24 Aug 10

Got in a good workout this morning with 40 minutes on the Elliptical with 300 situps, 90 pushups and 60 Lateral Pull Down Exercises. I really felt my body hitting a wall on the final sets this morning which is what I was hoping for.

Baseball practices for my son's team has started back up and I'll be an assistant so that will give me another couple of hours twice a week outside teaching baseball which I love greatly.

The great news ... 11 Days until Kickoff!!!
