Hurray for second winds! Mine kicked in yesterday after a small snack & a walk with hubby & the dogs. I was able to get the rest of my stuff done in preperation for my daughter & granddaughter's arrival today 😀 Up early this morning....heading to the airport in a couple of hours to pick them up. We're about an hour and a half, depending on traffic.
I've prepped a new recipe in the crock pot my daughter found on Pinterest to try....Tuscan chicken. Chicken thighs, sundried tomatoes in a cheesy cream sauce with spinach. Served over rice or pasta. Doesn't sound low cal but since my daughter is just getting her appetite back after radiation /chemo I'm making this for her and we'll enjoy!
Plans with my sisters, neices & us tomorrow to go to Ponce Market in Atlanta for some girl time.
