Wortel diserut dan direbus duluan dengan 2 sdm pasta miso putih (beli di Toped) tanpa bumbu tambahan lagi. Setengah jalan rebusan, masukkan irisan sawi putih, baru terakhir tahu.
Mau diberi irisan bawang dan bumbu lain boleh, sesuai selera saja.
