I was so happy to see that I had a least lost one pound this past week. This was the first week of going without recording my food intake. I am trying really hard to watch what I eat and try to guesstimate the calories would be. I also try to be on task at watching portion control. I am glad it is working, even if it is one pound, it is still going down!
