@febri, Start 75Kg target 65Kg, kebablasan ampe 63Kg 🙈.... sekarang lagi nyoba Reverse Diet sambil nyari angka Calori Maintenance pas-nya di berapa, biar enak bulking tipis2 ntarnya boz 😁
