It's taken a while but, tomorrow, I'll finally be getting back on track with my low carb eating. One of the key elements, of success, will be dilegent tracking of what I eat, which I haven't done in more than a month now. I'll be taking it one day at a time, as that's all I can do, and as long as I don't give up, will be able to record my successes as they occur. As always; failure is not an option. :-)

For me the tracking is a critical tool. So many times I reach for a snack and say to myself "If I eat this, then I'll have to record it". And I put the food back untouched. Hang tough Shy Guy!

I agree..I do track but not on here..DH and I are in this together and I have to write his down too..no need to write it on paper and here as well..I like Buffy's idea..only I think is that worth the extra points and ususally its not..So you can do it....Just keep going and never quit...it just may take a little longer..but you have done a great job so far...:O)

Great attitude....don't do what I did fell by the way side went crazy and just couldn't get back to the low carb life style....I will be checking in on you :)
