It's taken a while but, tomorrow, I'll finally be getting back on track with my low carb eating. One of the key elements, of success, will be dilegent tracking of what I eat, which I haven't done in more than a month now. I'll be taking it one day at a time, as that's all I can do, and as long as I don't give up, will be able to record my successes as they occur. As always; failure is not an option. :-)
