hello guys...

kisi bi fitness club ya nutritionist k plans ko follow karne k waqat 2 3 chizon ka khas khayal raka jaye.

no1:- kya deit plan k sath koi medicine tu nahi de raha ,agar de raha hai tu kabi use mat karna.

no2:- kya wo bar bar peso ka demand tu nahi kar raha agar kar raha hai don't follow them.

no3:- males and females jab bi deit k doran stress feel kare ya sar chakra na ya weakness feel kare tu ose lazim multivitamin From A to Zinc use karni chahe ye +Omega3 fish oil in ka koi side effects nahi hai ye ap k skin ko taro taza aur mentally aur physical maintain rakta hai .

no4:-- deit her 3 weeks baad change lana chahe ye aur her 10 din main ek bar body ko surprise dena chahe ye ya tu cheat day k though ya phir roza rak keh roza se murad sirf paani aur salad khane ka hai.

no4:- jab bi weight loss hona rok jaye tab paani k mikdar ziyda kar lena chahe ye specially garlic, mint, green ka bi.....

totally ghalat fat loss not possible without weight loss ..... so u need to lose weight first.....Fat khud ba khud jaye ga bahr main😊

main kabi bi kisi ko koi tab ya supplements suggest nahi karta siwa ye multivitamin and omega3
