Grrr had one pack of 2 minute noodles with a hand full of waties mix veggies, yesterday and worked an eight hour shif hard out, and today im planing on just an apple after work, take no food to work wait till I get home then that way there is less here for me to eat and I can go to bed, still no real cravings for food thanks to Zyban tablets im taking to give up smoking so all good, tomorrows weigh in should be good
