I don’t know why I fall off the wagon so many times. It’s getting harder and harder to stay committed. The few kegs I’ve lost are nothing in light of what I have to lose. Where did the thin, fit person go??? I cannot get off the couch and walking. I just can’t seem to get my head around it. Hopefully the new eating app I’m trying will help. Do I go low fat high protein? Three meals a day no snacks? Fast and two meals? High fat low carb? I’m so confused from years of on again off again dieting. I’m hoping that sharing on this group helps the process.
