Love this... I'm not a runner... but I do play the lottery! I always go to bed a winner, without looking at the numbers drawn, so I have fun thoughts as I fall asleep.

I’m not actually a runner either — one form of activity that just kills your knees over the long haul. I have a very young friend who is a runner, a marathon runner. She is 14. I worry about that. So far so good, no injuries. I helped she and her mother on their weight loss journeys when she was just 8. Started out as a walker and now a fast little runner.
