Kak mau nanya dong kebutuhan nutrisi lemak. Portein dan karbo itu brpa persen ya kak? Dengan badan syang yang lembek sampe d bilng badan jelly

@putte07 saya settingnya karbo 45, protein 30, lemak25, tapi ttp aja sih liat hasil mingguan lemak 29, protein cm 25, harus naikin proteinnya nih hahaha, gara2 alergi telur kmrn smpt stop makan telur kebanyakan bikin muka jerawatan, badan saya juga masih lembek kok entah itu di foto lg bagus aja wkwkwk.. banyakin angkat beban aja kak nti kencengan kok, jgn lupa protein ttp hrs 1,5 klo bs 2 kali berat badan ya, apalagi kondisi defisit kalori.
