Got myself motivated for atleast 50 minutes on the Elliptical machine to start the day off right. Looking forward to another good week of exercise and eating right.

I'm looking forward to College Football starting in less than 2 weeks!

Mee too...looking forward to the football season. Who are your teams? College and Pro?? Also, wanted to know what elliptical machine you use. Do you have one at home or use one at gym? I may be in the market for a new one in a couple of months and wanted to get your opinion since you use regularly. Thanks Todd

Hey Todd, I'm a University of Georgia Alum and a huge baseball and football fan. I actually have football season tickets and travel to Athens for most home games with my boy. I'm really looking forward to kickoff this year! Regarding my elliptical machine it is a NordicTrack 1050 machine that I've had for about 6 years. It has really been a work-horse for me since I've only had to replace the wheels for the Arm levers and that was just recently. I believe it cost me about $900 but it has been worth ever dime since I can exercise at any time without going to a gym. Good Luck in searching for a good one since there seems to be many out there these days. -Michael
