sama kita. setelah turun drastis 5kg aku ga ada turun2 lg. tp kemaren pas nyoba ukur LD susut 6cm. semangaaaat aja terus kita 💪

Kadang lemaknya kebakar berubah jadi masa otot kak. Jadi tetep susut walau timbangan belum turun. Semangat ya
