Up a tich again this morning, but not a lot to be worried about. My December plan was to maintain as best I could & go back to actively trying to lose in Jan. I've actually lost a little, so I'm not complaining.
We ordered a selection of several appetizers to share at our Christmas lunch yesterday....Fried Green Tomatoes, Brussels Sprouts with Pork Belly & mini crab bites. Good, but not an overwhelming amount. As promised there was champagne to sip 🍾 I chose a lunch salad with salmon on top for my main course.
I was feeling hungry late afternoon after our walk, so I chose to have some popcorn. Chicken breast with broccoli and a cookie for dessert rounded out the day. I had to estimate the restaurant calories, but came in just over my RDI of 1500 for the day.
Off to get my hair done 😀
