Thanks girl!!!! Funny enough, I did back/shoulders/arms yesterday with no weights. Body weight insane stuff. Well who knew!!! I’m more sore today than I’ve been in ages with lifting my max. I don’t get this, new moves? I weigh more than my dumbbells, that’s it!!! 😂😂 I’m so glad cause I’m doing all I can during this setback and fighting discouragement like a savage dog!!!!! So these sore muscles today are very exciting!!!!!!!!! 👍🏻🤗💪🏻

Well wifey...that's good because I didn't make it to the gym. Went twice yesterday but I'm either gonna have to go tonight or skip it and end up doing it tomorrow. 😉
