Everything looks fantastic...but especially the mushrooms. My roomie can't stand the smell of them and I miss them. I'm remembering this idea! :)

The mushrooms are our favorite. I used bellas over regular and had some thick cut bacon which didn't wrap around the shrooms like normal bacon does. Dipped the buffalo cauliflower into a little blue cheese dressing. Everything was delicious except the steaks. Too lean & tough. Will marinade next time if I get them again.

You can cook! My hubby is also a great cook. Better than me, naturally talented, chef material. Never needed a recipe. Makes the best chicken parmesan, oxtail stew ever. Alas, he's retired from cooking. He just does breakfast now.
