I really enjoy the app calorie counter. It help me plan my meals and know what I am eating. I am not a breakfast person and been trying muscle milk as a breakfast. As a vegetarian I did not realize that I would have to count calories much. But the truth is that a lot of vegan foods are high in calories. So last month I eat healthy but lost only 4lbs. This week I will monitor everything more closely and take long walks.
