Dimasak lada hitam ka.
Daging direndam dulu sama saos tiram n kecap asin. Diamkan 30menit. Tumis bawang bombay n bawang putih n jahe sampe harum, masukin daging td beri air dikit, tutup Masak sampe daging empuk. Baru masukin kecap manis, kaldu jamur, lada hitam bubuk. Tes rasa, lalu tambahkan Paprika n cabe merah
