I completely forgot that I switched my weeks from starting on Saturday to starting on Monday...so...today is the first day of my week. I weighed in on Saturday and it wasn't a very good one. I ate a lot of junk this weekend, but started today off with pineapple and a glass of water. I haven't figured out lunch yet, but might have oatmeal and a slim fast, or I will sneak away to the store to grab a smart ones or some salad. I brought my gym clothes with me to work so I am going to do the bike for at least thirty minutes, but I am going to try for an hour. I know it will hurt and will be hard, but the feeling I get after a hard cardio workout is always so rewarding! So here is to starting off the week (hopefully) with a big bang! I hope everyone has a good Monday and stays strong this week. We can do this! :)
