I make a pot or 2 of soup every week and eat on it 4-7 meals. It's close to 50% of my diet.

I agree to to sip. For beef, I take 8oz of marbled steak, put in a lot of 4-6C of water and boil on hi for 20 min. Then on summer for the day. If I use bullion, I use the amount for 1C. I'm my meal planner I use the raw weight of steak. When I eat I weigh steak and the Brussels sprouts, broccoli, celery and any other vegetable before putting into the hot broth for 5 min. That way all of Or half if the broth is already included in.my macros. I also have 2 pieces of Keto Almond bread with butter. I like this way of eating. I buy 2 roast for the price of one on Tuesdays here. I cut one into steaks , the other I grind I package and freeze in 4oz servings. . they are normally 3.5-4lb roasts. It very convenient for me. And plenty of calorie options left for a large salad

Yes keto 💗😋💕 music to my ears I love when I hear that people found a healthy diet. A diet they truly love that does not lead them to eating disorders.

I am definitely not on a diet. I don't plan on changing the way I eat after hitting my goal weight. That means, no processed foods. No grains for me. I've had acid reflux as long I can remember. Just as everyone else in my family. Since this new way of eating, I'm off my stomach meds. . I will include some fresh fruit and some Sweet potatoes from time to time. I also have so much more energy and I've been told by people I run into that I just look better.. Not the weight loss, just better.

Love when people find a healthy way of eating (diet) that they truly love and don’t lead them to binge eating, or any other eating disorders 😁

I even poach an egg or 2 in my soul broth and add it into my large mug. Most of the time I add 4 more cups of water to what is left in the lot the next day and reboil and just add garlic or other seasonings. All of that from 8oz of marbled steak.

That’s a great idea to retain all the nutrients from meat and veggies. Chinese actually use this method or cooking in hot pot. They cook meats and veggies in broths. Super yummy and easy one pot dish.

It fits my bachelor life. It only gets better with flavors of the many fresh vegetables. I like that my vegetables are still raw on the inside, just hot. I do this with al types of meats n fish. Eating whole foods and a cleaner Keto isn't expensive at all.
