Gampang bnget kok, cuma oats disini aku pake 45 gr, terus aduk s mm a telor 1 biji, pake royko atau penyedap lain terserah trus pake bawang daun, masak nya di telpon biar gak pake minyak ehehe, Ini semua sekitar 300 kkal kurang lebih sama suce nya dan ini bikin kenyang dan pastinya tinggi serat dan protein eheh selamat mencoba
