sihlin kw bikinan sendiri hahaha, ada sisa adonan sama sisa telor langsung kocok dan di goreng sekalian. tambah nasi putih 150gr sama kerupuk 15gr cuma 800kkal. masih defisit 200kkal dr target kalori harian
