I've had almost the same many times, sans the Mrs. Dash. I added other spices and seeds. I'm watching carbs closely now but after a few more lost pounds, oatmeal will be added again. Love it on cold mornings.

Eating them savory helps me keep the sugar down. I love sweet stuff, but thats a slippery slope for me. These were good but a little too peppery this time.

Oh that looks very good. I have never mixed them together. I am a big fan of oatmeal with blueberries in it with cinnamon. Never thought of mixing just the oats with eggs. Im going to try that for a change of pace!
