food

frostie bar - 103 cals
2 wraps - 236 cals

10 laughing cow cheese triangles - 250 cals
300g stir fry veg - 114 cals
oil - 4 cals
23ml soy sauce - 18 cals
340ml semi skimmed milk - 166 cals
10g nesquick chocolate powder - 36 cals
actimel - 28 cals

which comes to 1508, 8 cals over what i should have had

drinks 4 pints of green tea, 3 cups of water, 2 cup of milk

exercise 45 min exercise DVD, 45 mins wii fit (yoga, muscle work, general messing around)



saturday 21st august

i lost 2lbs this week i went up 2lbs last week so im pleased to have lost it now, im on for my target of at least 9lbs by 25th september
85.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
