Here is what I would do if I were in your shoes. I would take a few fiber one bars and put them in my purse..or whatever snacks you like. Eat as much good food before you go to the show, so you aren't near as tempted to buy the bad stuff...also....bring sugar free gum...and chew away. Sometimes I find that chewing is all my mouth really needs...and it tricks it because its doing something. Just some thoughts :) hang in there girl...we are in this together..and can do this! Your hubby comes home in November, right? thats 4 months! lets aim for 10 pounds a month....you are going to be more smokin' than you already are! =)
